Your social media presence and photos of your retail space are important for us to ensure brand alignment. Please make sure to include this information in your application.
Please check our list of current retailers for stores carrying our products near you. To respect our current wholesale relationships, we will not accept new retailers when an existing retailer is in close proximity. Acceptable proximity varies by area. If your application is not accepted for this reason, your information will be kept on file.
Minimum Order Quantities
All wholesale orders must include at least 12 items in any combination.
Minimum Sales Price
Our RRP (recommended retail price) is also our MAP (minimum advertised price). The final sale price may be adjusted at checkout for sales, promotions, discounts, bundles, and coupons at the retailer's discretion.
Damages and Shortages
Damages and shortages must be reported to Shop Strands within 5 days of receiving your shipment. If damages were caused during shipment, you will need to file a claim with the shipment company. As our wholesale shipments are insured, we cannot be responsible for damages incurred in transit. If the damages were not caused in shipment, please send photos and explanation of the damage to email@example.com, and we will refund your credit card for any damaged merchandise. Any shortages determined to be our fault will also be promptly refunded. Allow 5-7 working days for your refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Additional information may be required, applications are approved at the sole discretion of Shop Strands.
