RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We will gladly refund or replace items that are faulty or damaged during production (please see SHIPPING section for items damaged during shipping). Please send an email to RETURNS@shopstrands.com with an explanation and photos of the damage. We take the quality of our products very seriously and want you to be happy with your purchase. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the item and must be returned in and with their original packaging. After 7 days, damaged returns are only accepted with a 20% restocking fee.
When there is no problem with the item, we will also refund items within 14 days, less shipping and handling, that are in UNUSED and UNWASHED condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser, and refunds will only be issued when the item has been received and inspected.
